She's Not My Martyr

Welcome to Milton, Washington: Where integrity, transparency, and trust should always matter

Council Meetings

The Milton City Council spent about 6 hours over 7 meetings and an unknown amount of time at the August budget retreat discussing increasing the Mayor’s salary. Add to that the countless hours spent by the City Clerk, Finance Director, and Public Safety Administrator researching, compiling, and discussing the data and the various proposals, plus the time and money spent on the City Attorney, who attended each meeting and reviewed the various ordinances and answered various questions, and it’s fair to say this topic was THE topic being discussed during 2020.
